
PR Manager– Disney Signature Experiences
We are looking for a talented, creative public relations manager with a deep understanding of strategic communications, editorial writing, project management, creative content development and media relations. The manager will focus on Disney Signature Experiences, Emerging Businesses projects including Storyliving by Disney. Developing public relations strategy to increase awareness, generate buzz and drive commercial strategy. Executing programs of various scopes; including announcements, public relations stunts, media events and more. Ideating and writing various types of editorial content. Concepting and producing video and photo content, both editorial and creative. Building and maintaining relationships with key journalists, pitching and shaping stories that highlight key business priorities.
Minimum of 5-7 years professional experience in communications, preferably public relations, publicity or media relations
Excellent knowledge of Associated Press style guidelines
Strong understanding and experience with media and social media measurement and analytics
Visual storyteller with an understanding of design aesthetics
Experience working with media, including digital, broadcast and print
