- Develop and implement strategies to manage and enhance the membership program.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the membership program, ensuring that all processes and procedures are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Train, mentor, and supervise a team of member services representatives to provide exceptional service to members.
- Serve as the main point of contact for member inquiries, concerns, and feedback, and ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and events, to create and execute member-exclusive events and experiences.
- Monitor membership trends and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to increase member satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Coordinate and manage member communication, including newsletters, emails, and social media content.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in membership management to continuously improve the program.
- Work closely with the sales team to promote and market the membership program to potential members.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting departments to manage membership fees and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as any applicable laws and regulations.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times, maintaining the Disney brand image.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the member experience and provide recommendations to senior management for program enhancements.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Customer Service Or Member Services, Preferably In The Entertainment Or Hospitality Industry.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead A Team And Provide Excellent Guidance And Support.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With A Diverse Customer Base And Internal Stakeholders.
Knowledge Of Disney Products, Services, And Brand, With A Passion For Providing Exceptional Guest Experiences And Upholding The Company's Standards Of Excellence.
