  1. Develop and implement comprehensive medical case management plans for employees, including but not limited to coordinating medical appointments, coordinating with healthcare providers, and providing ongoing support and guidance.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for employees and their families regarding medical needs, providing compassionate and empathetic support and guidance.
  3. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient process for employees seeking medical assistance.
  4. Conduct thorough assessments of employees' medical needs and make appropriate recommendations for treatment and support.
  5. Monitor and track employees' medical progress, ensuring that all necessary medical documents and records are in order and up to date.
  6. Coordinate with insurance providers to ensure timely and accurate processing of medical claims.
  7. Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures related to employee benefits and medical care, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  8. Educate employees on available medical resources and support services, and provide guidance on how to access them.
  9. Participate in regular meetings with healthcare providers, HR, and other departments to discuss employee cases and identify any potential issues or concerns.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve the medical case management process to ensure the best possible care for employees and their families.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional and ethical manner.
  12. Serve as an advocate for employees, ensuring that their medical needs and concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely and compassionate manner.
  13. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in medical case management, and make recommendations for improvement and innovation within the company.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards related to medical care and employee confidentiality.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing, Social Work, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Case Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Experience Working With Medical Records.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Healthcare Providers, Patients, And Families.

  • Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Cases While Maintaining A High Level Of Organization And Attention To Detail.
