At The Walt Disney Company, we are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Planning Manager to join our world-renowned team. This role will be critical in developing and executing our strategic marketing plans in order to drive the growth and success of our business. The ideal candidate for this position will have a solid understanding of marketing principles, a passion for the Disney brand, and the ability to develop and implement effective marketing plans.The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing planning; excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; and a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing plans.If you have a flair for marketing, a passion for the Disney brand, and the necessary qualifications to excel in this position, we look forward to receiving your application.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that drive business growth and success.
  2. Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address key marketing challenges.
  3. Research and analyze current market trends to inform and assess marketing strategies.
  4. Monitor and evaluate marketing campaigns and adjust plans accordingly.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in order to optimize marketing activities.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing plans are aligned with company goals.
  7. Manage the budget for marketing campaigns and activities.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful execution of marketing plans.
  9. Create accurate reports and presentations to communicate progress and results.
