Manager, Tax Provision

You will be responsible for gathering information, executing SOX controls, preparing workpapers supporting US Domestic Federal and State Income tax calculations. Prepare executive and external summaries and disclosures for executive audiences. Support the quarterly tax provision and indirectly monthly forecasts, annual and 5 year operating plans and unique transactions (e.g. purchasing accounting, transaction support). Lead and manage junior staff, Supervisors, Tax Coordinators and Interns. Prepare and review the financial statement impact on strategic business changes, tax planning, legislative changes and more. Support management with the assumption gathering process, including accounting and tax research. Support the preparation of executive summaries for senior management. Collaborate cross functionally and make business connections with multiple stakeholders and information suppliers.
