
Manager, Talent Audit
At The Walt Disney Company, we are searching for a Manager of Talent Audit to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join an iconic organization and help drive the continued success of our company.The Manager of Talent Audit will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of audit procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations. The successful candidate will be a highly organized individual with strong problem solving skills and a customer-centric approach to their work.The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and have at least 5 years of experience in an audit-related role. They will have a proven track record of meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations. Responsibilities: •Develop and implement audit procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations •Manage the audit process to ensure deadlines are met and expectations exceeded •Conduct audits to identify areas of non-compliance and make recommendations for corrective action •Keep abreast of changes in regulations and standards to ensure compliance •Provide timely and accurate reporting on audit results •Communicate audit results to stakeholders and other interested parties •Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure audit objectives are met •Design and execute audit plans and strategies •Provide guidance and support to team members on audit matters •Assist with the development of audit plans, processes and procedures •Perform other duties as assigned
