Manager, Talent Audit

Responsibilities: •Develop and implement audit procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations •Manage the audit process to ensure deadlines are met and expectations exceeded •Conduct audits to identify areas of non-compliance and make recommendations for corrective action •Keep abreast of changes in regulations and standards to ensure compliance •Provide timely and accurate reporting on audit results •Communicate audit results to stakeholders and other interested parties •Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure audit objectives are met •Design and execute audit plans and strategies •Provide guidance and support to team members on audit matters •Assist with the development of audit plans, processes and procedures •Perform other duties as assigned
