1. Develop and implement a comprehensive occupational health program for The Walt Disney Company, in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the occupational health services department, including managing a team of healthcare professionals.
3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the integration of occupational health services into overall company policies and procedures.
4. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential health hazards in the workplace, implementing preventative measures and controls.
5. Plan and coordinate health screenings, immunizations, and other health-related events for employees.
