- Collaborate with international teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment globally.
- Represent the company and its brands at industry events and conferences.
- Continuously seek out and implement innovative strategies to enhance the overall Disney brand presence in the North American market.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Brand Management Or Commercialization, Preferably Within The North American Market.
Strong Understanding Of Consumer Behavior And Market Trends.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Growing Brands.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate Cross-Functional Teams.
