
Manager, Marketing Analytics
Work with partners to identify critical questions that need to be answered in order to establish effective KPIs and develop measurement plans and solutions that lead to actionable insights. Monitor and report marketing performance data across products, partners and content. Support optimization of media (including audiences, campaigns, messaging, creative) and subscriber acquisition tactics through testing and prescriptive analytics. Create insightful and well-organized presentations that contribute to overall business needs and goals, explaining complex situations clearly and simply. Lead and manage scrum activities with our team, diving deep to help unblock their daily tasks. Collaborate with other Disney+ & Hulu technology teams to bring best practices across the organization.
6+ years of hands-on analytical work experience designing, building, and evaluating analytical datasets
3+ years of SQL
Experience collecting, validating, and analyzing data.
Demonstrated understanding of ETL concepts including data integration pipelines, staging tables, incremental loading
Previous work in a strategy team, ideally providing analytics to inform business decisions
