Responsibilities:

• Serve as the subject matter expert on all matters related to insider risk, data security, and operational resilience • Develop, implement, and maintain security policies and processes that ensure the protection of the data and systems of The Walt Disney Company • Monitor and analyze insider risk and data security threats to proactively identify and prevent potential incidents • Develop and train company personnel in the areas of insider risk, data security, and operational resilience • Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful implementation of security solutions and protocols • Track and report on the progress of security initiatives and program goals, and provide regular updates to upper management • Stay up to date on industry trends and developments in the areas of insider risk, data security, and operational resilience, and recommend solutions to ensure The Walt Disney Company remains compliant with all applicable regulations and standards
