Manager, HR Business Partner

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner Manager to join The Walt Disney Company’s HR team. In this role you will be integral in driving the HR strategy and initiatives for the company. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about leveraging their expertise to build and develop the HR team and its operations. To be successful in this role you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or a related field, and 5+ years of relevant experience. Additionally, you must demonstrate a strong understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to effectively communicate with business leaders. Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, implement, and manage the company’s HR strategy and initiatives.
2. Advise and support business leaders and their teams in all areas of HR.
3. Research, analyze, and recommend HR best practices to ensure the company’s compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
4. Lead and manage the HR team to ensure the successful delivery of HR services.
5. Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
6. Manage the recruitment and onboarding processes.
7. Develop, monitor, and evaluate HR programs and policies.
8. Collaborate with the HR team to identify and resolve employee relations issues.
9. Measure, analyze, and report on HR metrics to ensure the team’s goals are met.
10. Facilitate training and development programs to ensure staff is up to date with current trends and best practices in the field.
