Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Underwriting, Risk Management, Or Insurance Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Enterprise Risk Management Principles And Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Various Departments And Teams.
Proven Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Make Strategic Decisions To Drive Business Growth And Profitability.
