  1. Maintain positive relationships between the company and employees through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  2. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding any workplace concerns or issues.
  3. Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns, ensuring fair and objective outcomes.
  4. Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  5. Train managers and supervisors on employee relations best practices and legal compliance.
  6. Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all employee relations matters.
  7. Collaborate with HR and legal teams to handle complex employee relations cases and provide guidance on disciplinary actions.
  8. Develop and maintain a positive work culture by promoting open communication, mutual respect, and fairness.
  9. Monitor employee morale, identify potential issues, and make recommendations for improvement.
  10. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management and career development.
  11. Partner with diversity and inclusion teams to ensure a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  12. Analyze data and trends to identify potential employee relations issues and make proactive recommendations to address them.
  13. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  14. Represent the company in unemployment hearings, EEOC investigations, and other legal proceedings related to employee relations.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve employee relations processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations Or Human Resources Management.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Particularly In The Entertainment Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Handle Difficult Conversations And Mediate Conflicts.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Policies And Procedures, As Well As Managing Employee Performance And Disciplinary Actions.
