
Manager, Disney CreativeWorks Solutions
Create strategic, creative, market-leading branded content proposals and presentations in response to both proactive requests and category RFP’s that leverage assets and capabilities across DCW and Disney’s overall portfolio. Lead project teams to develop compelling pitch materials. Help implement and utilize consistent Disney CreativeWorks work processes. Leverage research and insights to ensure that our ideas and campaigns are rooted in data and a deep awareness of the cultural values of each audience. Understand diversity and inclusion within client response and ensure a positive culture of inclusion Collaborate with stakeholders across the Ad Sales organization and beyond on RFP responses. Partner with Sales Execs to attend client meetings/events to help sell through ideas/proposals. Provide thought and project leadership across areas of expertise (i.e., proactive development, toolkit, process, etc.).
At least 7 years of marketing, sponsorship, promotion, branded entertainment, and/or media experience
Experience providing guidance to other team members
Proficient in all digital media programs and platforms
Experience managing studio business strongly preferred
