- Lead a team of digital analysts to collect, analyze, and interpret data from various digital platforms and channels, including websites, mobile apps, and social media.
- Utilize various tools and techniques to track and measure website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates, providing insights to drive business decisions.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards and reports to communicate digital performance to stakeholders.

- Foster a culture of data-driven decision making, encouraging a mindset of continuous improvement and optimization across all digital touchpoints.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for The Walt Disney Company, embodying the company's values and spreading the magic and imagination of Disney to our global audience.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Marketing, Statistics, Or Computer Science.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Digital Analytics, Preferably In The Entertainment Or Media Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Web Analytics Tools Such As Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Or Similar Platforms.
Demonstrated Experience In Data Analysis And Reporting, With The Ability To Interpret And Communicate Insights To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams To Drive Business Goals.
