- Develop and implement strategic content programming plans for The Walt Disney Company across all platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of content programming initiatives with overall company goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of content programmers, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day tasks.
- Stay updated on industry trends and consumer insights to inform content programming decisions.
- Oversee the creation and execution of creative and engaging content that aligns with the Disney brand and resonates with our global audience.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of content programming initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and content creators to enhance our programming offerings.
- Work closely with marketing and promotion teams to ensure effective and strategic promotion of content programming initiatives.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all content programming adheres to company policies and guidelines.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for The Walt Disney Company and uphold our commitment to providing magical and memorable experiences for our audiences.
Bachelor's Degree In Media Studies, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Content Programming, Preferably In The Entertainment Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Digital Media And Streaming Platforms.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Executing Content Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.
