Lead Security Governance Manager

- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure the protection of company assets and the safety of guests, employees, and property
- Lead a team of security professionals and oversee their training, development, and performance
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of business operations
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and implement new security technologies and strategies as needed
- Manage and maintain relationships with external security vendors and partners
- Conduct investigations into security incidents and provide recommendations for prevention and mitigation
- Oversee the development and maintenance of emergency response plans and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies related to security and governance
- Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on security initiatives and any potential risks or threats to the company.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Security, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Information Security And Governance, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Strong Knowledge Of Security Frameworks Such As Iso 27001, Nist, And Cobit.
Proven Experience In Managing And Leading A Team Of Security Professionals.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
