- Oversee and manage the release process for all Disney products and services.
- Ensure that releases are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to plan, coordinate, and execute releases.
- Provide strategic guidance and direction to ensure successful releases and drive process improvements.
- Communicate release plans and updates to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact the release schedule.
- Develop and maintain release schedules, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines.
- Coordinate and participate in release readiness reviews to ensure all necessary criteria are met before deployment.

Extensive Experience In Release Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Software And Product Releases, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Strong Project Management Skills: The Lead Release Manager Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects, Coordinating With Multiple Teams And Stakeholders, And Delivering Releases On Time.
Knowledge Of Agile Methodologies: The Walt Disney Company Follows An Agile Development Process, So The Lead Release Manager Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Agile Principles And Practices.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Lead Position, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Various Teams, Stakeholders, And Executives. They Should Also Have Leadership Skills To Mentor And Guide The Release Management Team.
Technical Expertise: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Familiar With Various Software Development Technologies And Tools. They Should Also Have Experience In Automation And Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (Ci/Cd) Processes.
