  1. Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on all equipment and facilities at KABC, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  2. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure the safety and functionality of all equipment and facilities.
  3. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from team members and guests, and address any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with equipment and facilities, utilizing problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
  5. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and inventory.
  6. Work closely with other team members and departments to coordinate maintenance tasks and ensure the smooth operation of the park.
  7. Identify potential safety hazards and take appropriate measures to prevent accidents or injuries.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in maintenance technology, and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Monitor and manage inventory levels for maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary items are available when needed.
  10. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, and ensure that all work is completed in accordance with company policies and regulations.
  11. Provide exceptional customer service to all guests and team members, and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  12. Collaborate with external contractors and vendors as needed for major repairs or projects.
  13. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  14. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding maintenance issues and updates.
  15. Uphold the values and standards of The Walt Disney Company at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Or Electrical Engineering.

  • Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Maintenance And Repair Of Complex Mechanical And Electrical Systems.

  • Strong Knowledge Of The Kabc Broadcast Equipment And Systems.

  • Experience In Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Proven Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills.
