  1. Develop and execute creative and strategic marketing campaigns that drive synergy and increase the reach of our Disney brands.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for partnership and integration across various platforms and channels.
  3. Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  4. Utilize digital and traditional marketing tactics to effectively target and engage our key audiences.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  6. Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
  8. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization and future initiatives.
  9. Coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless integration and execution of marketing campaigns.
  10. Represent the Disney brand and values in all communications and interactions with stakeholders and partners.
  11. Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to promote and bring awareness to our Disney brands.
  12. Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and make recommendations to stay ahead of industry trends and developments.
  13. Support and contribute to the overall marketing strategy and goals of the company.
  14. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in all job duties and interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Integrated Marketing Or Advertising, Preferably In The Entertainment Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Brand Strategy And Ability To Develop Integrated Marketing Plans.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills And Ability To Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Experience With Managing Partnerships And Creating Synergy Between Various Marketing Initiatives.
