- Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in financial operations.
- Prepare and present financial data and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor and track budgets and expenses to ensure compliance with financial goals and targets.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in financial data.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance and operations.
- Support and assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Communicate and liaise with external partners and vendors to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
- Work closely with Accounting and Audit teams to ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues in financial operations.
- Train and mentor junior team members to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
- Uphold the values and standards of The Walt Disney Company in all aspects of the role.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Financial Operations Or Accounting.
Strong Knowledge Of Financial And Accounting Principles And Procedures.
Experience With Budgeting, Forecasting, And Financial Analysis.
