  3. Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends, and apply them to the development of innovative solutions for the company.

  9. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team and individual team members, providing feedback and implementing necessary improvements.
  10. Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources for software development.
  11. Participate in budget planning and resource allocation for software engineering initiatives.
  12. Represent the company and its values in all interactions and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  13. Stay updated with industry best practices and compliance standards, ensuring the company's software development processes are in line with them.

  • At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Software Engineering, With A Focus On Architecture And Design.
