
Executive Assistant, Marketing Strategy, Partnerships & Events

- Provide high-level administrative support to the Marketing Strategy, Partnerships, and Events team.
- Manage busy and ever-changing calendars for senior leadership, ensuring all meetings and appointments are scheduled efficiently.
- Prepare and coordinate materials for meetings, presentations, and events.
- Act as a liaison between the team and internal/external stakeholders, including executives, clients, and partners.
- Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making and project planning.
- Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for team members.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information.
- Assist with budget tracking and expense management for the team.
- Act as a point of contact for team members, addressing inquiries and redirecting matters as necessary.
- Collaborate with other executive assistants and team members to ensure efficient operations and communication.
- Proactively identify and resolve any administrative issues or challenges.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing events and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing and events.
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the team's goals and objectives.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Communication, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Marketing Strategy, Partnerships, Or Event Planning.
Excellent Organizational And Project Management Skills.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With High-Level Executives And External Partners.
Proven Experience In Developing Successful Marketing Strategies And Executing High-Impact Events.
