  1. Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team at Disney Television Animation.
  2. Manage and maintain the executive's schedules, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  3. Act as the first point of contact for the executive team, screening and directing phone calls and emails.
  4. Coordinate and oversee the logistics of meetings and events, including preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and arranging necessary materials.
  5. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain the utmost professionalism.
  6. Prepare and review documents and presentations for accuracy and completeness.
  7. Conduct research and gather information as needed for projects and initiatives.
  8. Act as a liaison between the executive team and other departments, as well as external partners and clients.
  9. Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring quick and easy access for the executive team.
  10. Anticipate the needs of the executive team and proactively provide support and assistance.
  11. Collaborate with other assistants and team members to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to increase productivity and efficiency.
  13. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to better support the executive team.
  14. Uphold the values and standards of The Walt Disney Company in all interactions and tasks.
  15. Perform any other duties or projects as assigned by the executive team.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Entertainment Industry: A Strong Understanding And Experience Working In The Entertainment Industry, Particularly In Animation, Would Be A Valuable Qualification For This Role. This Could Include Previous Experience At A Production Studio, Network, Or Talent Agency.

  • Excellent Organizational And Multitasking Skills: As An Executive Assistant, You Will Be Responsible For Managing Various Tasks And Schedules For Multiple Executives. Strong Organizational And Multitasking Abilities Are Essential To Ensure Efficiency And Productivity In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Work Environment.

  • Proficiency In Administrative Tasks And Technology: This Role Requires Proficiency In Various Administrative Tasks, Such As Managing Calendars, Scheduling Meetings, And Preparing Reports. Proficiency In Relevant Software And Technology, Such As Microsoft Office And Project Management Tools, Is Also Important.
