  1. Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the advertising department to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
  2. Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel.
  3. Act as a liaison between the advertising department and other teams within the company to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  4. Assist with the creation and distribution of advertising materials and presentations.
  5. Maintain and organize department files, records, and databases.
  6. Manage and prioritize incoming communications and requests, responding in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Conduct research and gather information to support advertising initiatives and strategies.
  8. Assist with budget tracking and expense management for the advertising department.
  9. Serve as a brand ambassador for Disney, promoting the company's values and vision in all interactions.
  10. Proactively identify potential issues or challenges and propose solutions to ensure smooth operations.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide insights and recommendations to the advertising team.
  12. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  13. Participate in team meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
  14. Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity within the department.

Job Qualifications
