
Executive Assistant

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our top-level executives in their day-to-day operations. Our ideal candidate is a multitasking master, able to anticipate needs and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. - Provide administrative support to top-level executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for executive team.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and other employees.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Anticipate and proactively address the needs of executives, including managing their workload and deadlines.
- Coordinate and facilitate team meetings, including creating agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items.
- Manage and prioritize incoming communication, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Organize and maintain both physical and electronic files and records for executives.
- Research and gather information for projects and presentations.
- Collaborate with other administrative assistants and team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient communication.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Represent The Walt Disney Company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Stay updated on company news, initiatives, and events to effectively communicate and support executives.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by executives.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience As An Executive Assistant Or In A Related Administrative Role.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Abilities.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Programs.
Knowledge Of The Entertainment Industry And Familiarity With Disney's Brand And Products.
