In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for our diverse portfolio of events, from beloved Disney classics to exciting new experiences. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for marketing and events, along with excellent organizational and communication skills.   1. Develop and execute marketing strategies for all events within The Walt Disney Company, including both new and existing events.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans and strategies.
  3. Create and manage event budgets, ensuring all marketing efforts stay within budget constraints.
  4. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audiences and determine effective marketing tactics.
  5. Work closely with internal and external partners to secure sponsorships and partnerships for events.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers to secure coverage and promotion for events.
  7. Create compelling and engaging marketing materials, such as social media posts, email campaigns, and advertisements, to promote events.
  8. Monitor and track event ticket sales and attendance to determine the success of marketing efforts.
  9. Coordinate with event production teams to ensure marketing materials and messaging align with the overall event experience.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event marketing strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Event Planning And Execution, Preferably In A Corporate Or Entertainment Industry Setting

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Effectively

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Collaborate With Various Teams And Stakeholders

  • Knowledge Of Event Marketing Trends And Strategies, With The Ability To Develop Creative And Impactful Campaigns To Drive Attendance And Engagement At Events.
