  1. Develop and implement environmental policies and procedures in alignment with the company's sustainability goals and objectives.
  2. Stay up-to-date on environmental regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  3. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential environmental risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability practices into daily operations and projects.
  5. Monitor and track environmental performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management on progress towards goals.
  6. Coordinate and participate in community outreach and education initiatives to promote environmental awareness and engagement.
  7. Identify and evaluate new technologies and practices to improve environmental sustainability and efficiency.
  8. Manage relationships with external partners, including government agencies and community organizations, to support environmental initiatives.
  9. Train and educate employees on environmental policies and procedures to ensure understanding and compliance.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on environmental issues, providing guidance and support to other departments within the organization.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve sustainability efforts and reduce the company's environmental footprint.
  12. Spearhead special projects and initiatives related to environmental sustainability as needed.
  13. Serve as a brand ambassador for Disney's commitment to environmental stewardship and inspire others to take action.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Sustainability, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Environmental Management, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Environmental Regulations And Laws.

  • Familiarity With Environmental Impact Assessments And Developing Strategies For Sustainability Initiatives.
