Entertainment Technical Manager

2. Collaborate with production teams and creative directors to ensure the highest quality of guest experiences.
3. Manage and supervise technical staff, including technicians, electricians, and stagehands.
4. Ensure all equipment and technology are in proper working condition and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during productions.
5. Develop and maintain budgets for technical aspects of productions, including equipment rental and labor costs.
6. Work closely with vendors and contractors to source necessary equipment and services.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve production quality.
8. Communicate and coordinate with other departments, such as stage management and show direction, to ensure smooth execution of productions.
9. Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with all safety protocols.
10. Train and mentor technical staff, including providing feedback and addressing any performance issues.
11. Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline technical operations and improve efficiency.
12. Maintain accurate records of technical equipment, inventory, and maintenance schedules.
13. Maintain a positive and professional working environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
14. Represent the company and uphold its values and standards at all times.
15. Other duties as assigned by management.
