- Set up and operate rigging equipment for various entertainment performances and events throughout the Disney property.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of rigging equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Collaborate with other members of the entertainment team to plan and execute stage setups and changes.
- Assist with the construction and installation of various stage sets and props.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure the safety of performers, crew, and guests at all times.
- Provide support and assistance during rehearsals and performances, including moving and adjusting stage props and equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including storage of rigging equipment and supplies.
- Communicate effectively with the entertainment team and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Attend required trainings and meetings to stay updated on safety standards, procedures, and show changes.
- Uphold the high-quality standards of The Walt Disney Company and contribute to creating magical experiences for guests.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic, while representing the Disney brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Experience In Rigging And Stage Hand Work: The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Rigging And Stage Hand Work, Preferably In A Live Entertainment Setting.
Knowledge Of Industry Safety Standards: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Industry Safety Standards And Regulations, And Be Able To Implement Them In A Fast-Paced And High-Pressure Environment.
Physical Fitness And Stamina: This Job Requires Physical Strength And Stamina, As It Involves Lifting Heavy Equipment And Working At Heights. The Candidate Should Be Able To Perform Physically Demanding Tasks For Extended Periods Of Time.
Ability To Work In A Team: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Interpersonal Skills And Be Able To Work Effectively As Part Of A Team. They Should Also Be Able To Take Direction And Communicate Clearly With Other Team Members.
