  9. Communicate with customers and address any distribution-related concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in distribution and logistics to continuously improve processes and stay ahead of competitors.
  11. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects related to distribution and logistics.
  12. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to promote their professional growth and development.
  13. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to support and drive the company's distribution goals and objectives.
  14. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and escalate issues to senior management when necessary.
  15. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and a customer-centric mindset.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
