  • Develop and implement strategic plans for sales integration and business development across all divisions of The Walt Disney Company
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for the company
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, clients, and industry contacts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts and create cross-divisional opportunities
  • Research and analyze market trends and competition to inform business development strategies
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with potential partners or clients
  • Develop and manage budgets for sales integration and business development initiatives
  • Monitor and report on sales integration and business development efforts, providing regular updates to senior leadership
  • Mentor and guide a team of sales integration and business development professionals
  • Represent The Walt Disney Company at industry events and conferences to network and promote business opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Sales And Business Development, Preferably In The Media Or Entertainment Industry

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Driving Sales And Revenue Growth Through Strategic Partnerships And Integration Opportunities

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, Including Setting Goals, Providing Feedback, And Fostering A Collaborative And Innovative Environment
