Job Description

Lead subject matter expert in administration of tax qualified and non-qualified defined benefit and defined contribution plans. Responsible for the development and execution of retirement plan strategies. Accountable for managing retirement plan processes, documentation and communications, as well as managing the relationship with the vendor responsible for the call center and program administration. Serves as Benefits Leader on internal cross-functional HR initiatives requiring financial well-being subject matter expertise. Develop integration recommendations and manage implementation of retirement plans during M&A, ensuring compliance with legal requirement, and supporting internal and external audits and actuarial valuation needs. Manages consulting and vendor relationships ensuring retirement benefits are administered in accordance with plan documents and legal compliance, staying up to date on changing regulations or plan provisions.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist or equivalent experience.
