- Develop and execute strategic media plans for various business units within The Walt Disney Company.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to ensure the most effective media planning strategies are implemented.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify target audiences and create media plans that effectively reach and engage them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and digital, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
- Manage media budgets and allocate resources appropriately to maximize impact and reach.
- Negotiate and secure media partnerships and sponsorships to increase brand visibility and reach new audiences.
- Monitor and track media performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure goals and objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media vendors and partners to ensure the best rates and placements are secured.
- Lead and mentor a team of media planners, providing guidance and support to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Analyze data and provide insights to inform future media planning strategies and decisions.
- Act as a brand ambassador for The Walt Disney Company, representing our beloved brands in all media planning efforts.
- Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to reach and engage audiences through traditional and digital media platforms.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards in media planning and advertising.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure media plans are aligned with overall company goals and objectives.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and make recommendations for adjustments to media plans as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Experience In Media Planning, Preferably In A Corporate Or Agency Setting.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Media Plans For Large-Scale Campaigns.
Strong Understanding Of Media Trends, Consumer Behavior, And Market Dynamics.
