  1. Develop and implement marketing reporting and analysis strategies to drive business growth and increase ROI.
  2. Lead and manage a team of analysts to ensure accurate and timely reporting and analysis.
  3. Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify key marketing trends and insights.
  4. Create and present comprehensive reports and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and develop data-driven marketing strategies.
  6. Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  7. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimizing marketing efforts.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing reporting and analysis.
  9. Utilize data visualization tools and techniques to effectively communicate complex data.
  10. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  11. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the marketing reporting and analysis team.
  12. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  13. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in marketing reporting and analysis.
  14. Collaborate with technology teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  15. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to stay informed about the latest marketing trends and technologies.
  16. Develop and manage budgets for marketing reporting and analysis initiatives.
  17. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  18. Handle any other duties or projects as assigned by senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Data To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing A Team, With The Ability To Prioritize And Delegate Tasks Effectively.
