Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Digital Producer to join our D23 Strategy & Events team at The Walt Disney Company. This position requires a strategic and passionate individual with 3+ years of experience creating compelling digital experiences, a strong understanding of digital and social media platforms, and a deep knowledge of the industry’s best practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills are a must.In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and innovative digital experiences that drive the D23 and Disney brand and serve as a bridge to our fans. You will join a dynamic, fast-paced team that is passionate about connecting with our fans and delivering creative, groundbreaking experiences that will enhance their connection to our brand. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement creative digital experiences for D23 and Disney brand that engage and excite fans.
  2. Utilize knowledge of digital and social media platforms to create innovative and engaging campaigns.
  3. Manage projects from concept to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing the development process.
  4. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, making adjustments that optimize results.
  5. Research and stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices.
  6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all digital initiatives are aligned with overall brand goals.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners.
  8. Act as a liaison between the team and other departments, ensuring effective communication.
  9. Monitor the performance of key metrics and provide reports on performance to management.
  10. Create and maintain detailed project plans and documentation.
