- Represent the company in all legal proceedings and disputes, including drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and appearing in court.
- Manage a caseload of litigation matters and provide timely updates to the legal team and senior management.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather evidence, assess risks, and develop legal strategies.
- Conduct thorough investigations and analysis of potential claims against the company.
- Develop and maintain relationships with outside counsel and other legal professionals to ensure the best representation for the company.

Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree: A Jd Degree Is A Must-Have Qualification For A Counsel Position At The Walt Disney Company. This Advanced Law Degree Provides In-Depth Knowledge And Training In Various Areas Of Law, Including Litigation.
Admitted To The Bar: The Candidate Must Be Admitted To Practice Law In The State Where The Walt Disney Company Is Located. This Ensures That The Candidate Is Authorized To Represent The Company In Legal Proceedings And Can Provide Legal Advice In Compliance With State Laws And Regulations.
