Counsel, Legal Affairs - Television Animation

We are looking for an individual with a passion for television animation who can provide exceptional legal services and advice to the Television Animation team. This position requires an individual who is confident in their legal knowledge and skills, as well as their ability to think outside the box.The ideal candidate must possess a Juris Doctorate degree and be licensed to practice law in the applicable state. They must also have 3+ years of legal experience in the television animation industry. Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional legal services and advice to the Television Animation team.
2. Utilize a strong legal knowledge and skillset to think outside the box to resolve complex problems.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and agreements.
4. Ensure the legal compliance of the Television Animation team's activities.
5. Provide guidance on legal risk management and compliance.
6. Monitor and review changes in applicable laws and regulations.
7. Provide advice and counsel to the Television Animation team regarding legal matters.
8. Prepare legal documents and reports for internal and external communications.
9. Represent the Television Animation team in legal proceedings and hearings.
10. Participate in legal research and analysis.
