- Develop and implement fair and competitive compensation strategies and structures for all levels of employees within The Walt Disney Company.
- Conduct regular market research and analysis to ensure that compensation packages are in line with industry standards and trends.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand the needs of the organization and develop appropriate compensation plans to support business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation.
- Oversee the administration of all compensation programs, including salary, bonuses, and benefits.
- Analyze and evaluate job roles and responsibilities to determine appropriate salary bands and pay grades.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to determine competitive salary offers for new hires.
- Review and approve salary adjustments, promotions, and other compensation changes.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation-related matters.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external benchmarking organizations and compensation consultants.
- Ensure clear and effective communication of compensation policies and programs to employees.
- Conduct training and workshops for managers and HR team members on compensation best practices.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments in compensation and make recommendations for incorporating them into company practices.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of compensation-related reports and presentations to senior leadership.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Compensation Management, Preferably In A Large Corporate Environment
Strong Understanding Of Compensation Principles And Practices, Including Job Evaluation, Market Analysis, And Incentive Plans
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Focus On Data-Driven Decision Making
Experience With Hris Systems And Advanced Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools
