  1. Develop and implement fair and competitive compensation strategies and structures for all levels of employees within The Walt Disney Company.
  2. Conduct regular market research and analysis to ensure that compensation packages are in line with industry standards and trends.
  3. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand the needs of the organization and develop appropriate compensation plans to support business objectives.
  4. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation.
  5. Oversee the administration of all compensation programs, including salary, bonuses, and benefits.
  6. Analyze and evaluate job roles and responsibilities to determine appropriate salary bands and pay grades.
  7. Work closely with the recruitment team to determine competitive salary offers for new hires.
  8. Review and approve salary adjustments, promotions, and other compensation changes.
  9. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation-related matters.
  10. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external benchmarking organizations and compensation consultants.
  12. Ensure clear and effective communication of compensation policies and programs to employees.
  13. Conduct training and workshops for managers and HR team members on compensation best practices.
  14. Keep abreast of industry trends and developments in compensation and make recommendations for incorporating them into company practices.
  15. Assist in the preparation and presentation of compensation-related reports and presentations to senior leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Compensation Management, Preferably In A Large Corporate Environment

  • Strong Understanding Of Compensation Principles And Practices, Including Job Evaluation, Market Analysis, And Incentive Plans

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Focus On Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Experience With Hris Systems And Advanced Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools
