- Oversee and manage all aspects of catering and convention services for The Walt Disney Company.
 - Ensure the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction by consistently meeting and exceeding guest expectations.
 - Work closely with the Director of Catering & Convention Services to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.
 - Lead and motivate a team of catering and convention service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver exceptional service.
 - Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events and services.
 - Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to enhance the overall guest experience and drive business success.
 - Manage budgets and expenses related to catering and convention services, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.
 - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and implement innovative ideas to enhance the overall catering and convention services experience.
 - Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and sanitation standards.
 - Embody the Disney brand and values, serving as a role model for all team members and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
 
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Event Planning And/Or Catering Services.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Knowledge Of Industry Trends And Ability To Stay Current With Developments In Event Planning And Catering Services.
