- Develop and implement effective brand marketing strategies to promote and enhance the Disney brand globally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging and positioning.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand consumer behavior and trends, and utilize insights to inform brand strategy.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the brand, including brand identity, product development, and brand partnerships.
- Create and manage budgets for brand marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Lead and mentor team members to ensure a high level of performance and professional development.
- Monitor and report on the success of brand marketing campaigns and initiatives, and make adjustments as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in brand management, and apply them to enhance the Disney brand.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand guidelines and standards are upheld across all touchpoints.
- Identifying new opportunities and partnerships to expand the Disney brand and reach new audiences.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media partners, agencies, and other key stakeholders.
- Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure all brand marketing efforts adhere to company policies and regulations.
- Represent the Disney brand at industry events and conferences, and act as a brand ambassador in all interactions.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Brand Management Or Marketing Strategy
Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing And Social Media Platforms
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Executing Brand Campaigns
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
