Associate Principal Counsel – Consumer Products, Games and Publishing

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to the business
• Offer expertise in intellectual property, advertising, and general corporate law
• Deep understanding of the entertainment and technology industries
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Provide timely, thorough, and accurate legal advice
• Work independently and collaboratively in a demanding and fast-paced environment
• Stay current on legal developments and trends in the consumer products, games, and publishing industries
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize legal risk for the company
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts and other legal documents, including but not limited to licensing agreements, business deals, and corporate policies
• Manage litigation and dispute resolution process
• Manage outside counsel when necessary
• Other tasks as assigned.
