- Develop and implement marketing strategies for Disney Originals content, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and brand identity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, production, PR, etc.) to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audiences and inform marketing strategies.
- Manage and track project budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Monitor and report on the success of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors, and use this knowledge to drive innovative and impactful marketing initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships with external partners, including media outlets and promotional partners, to maximize exposure and engagement for Disney Originals content.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials and assets, ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Disney Originals, representing the company and its values in all interactions with stakeholders.
- Mentor and support junior team members, helping them develop their skills and grow within the company.
- Continuously seek out new opportunities and partnerships for promoting Disney Originals content and expanding the brand's reach.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Marketing, Preferably In The Entertainment Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Marketing Campaigns For Original Content.
Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing, Social Media, And Emerging Trends In The Industry.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
