  1. Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures in accordance with company values and applicable laws and regulations.
  2. Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
  3. Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns, ensuring fair and thorough resolution.
  4. Collaborate with HR partners, legal counsel, and other stakeholders to address complex employee relations matters.
  5. Create and deliver trainings and workshops on employee relations topics, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  6. Stay current on employment laws and regulations, and make recommendations for updates to company policies and procedures.
  7. Maintain employee relations data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  8. Partner with management to address performance and conduct issues, providing coaching and support as needed.
  9. Foster a culture of respect and fairness by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  10. Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and procedures related to employee relations.
  11. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain employee confidentiality at all times.
  12. Participate in departmental and cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.
  13. Serve as an ambassador for The Walt Disney Company, representing the company and its values in all interactions with employees and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Handle Sensitive And Confidential Information.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Conflict Resolution, Mediation, And Employee Coaching.
