
Associate General Manager, Disney Theatrical Group

- Strategic planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for Disney Theatrical Group productions in collaboration with the General Manager and other key stakeholders.
- Financial management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for all productions, ensuring financial success and sustainability.
- Production management: Manage all aspects of production, including scheduling, hiring, and supervising staff, and coordinating with creative teams to ensure high-quality performances.
- Team leadership: Provide strong leadership to the production team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment and ensuring effective communication and coordination among all team members.
- Contract negotiations: Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, venues, and other partners to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to budget.
- Risk management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to the production, including financial, legal, and safety risks.
- Performance evaluation: Track and evaluate the success of productions, providing reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Industry knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the success and competitiveness of Disney Theatrical Group productions.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Theatre Management, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role In The Entertainment Industry, Preferably In A Theatrical Setting

Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Budgets, Financial Forecasting, And Business Operations
