  1. Conduct thorough analysis of distribution strategies for Disney properties, including film, television, and digital content.
  2. Identify opportunities for optimization and improvement within current distribution plans.
  3. Utilize data and market trends to inform decision-making and provide insights to key stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new distribution strategies.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the success of distribution plans and make adjustments as needed.
  6. Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends to inform future distribution strategies.
  8. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all distribution plans and processes.
  9. Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  10. Continuously seek out ways to improve processes and increase efficiency within the distribution planning and analysis function.
  11. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures and uphold the Walt Disney Company brand.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Distribution Planning And Analysis, Preferably In The Entertainment Or Retail Industry.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel, Including Experience With Advanced Functions Such As Pivot Tables And Vlookup.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Data To Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Knowledge Of Supply Chain Management Principles And Processes, And Experience With Forecasting, Budgeting, And Inventory Management.
