Welcome to The Travel Corporation!We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us provide outstanding customer service to our clients. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, answering their inquiries, resolving their issues and responding to their requests in a timely and professional manner. To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at The Travel Corporation, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to maintain a positive and friendly attitude even in challenging situations. You should also be detail-oriented, have an aptitude for working with numbers and be proficient with computer systems and software.If you possess all these qualities and you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, then we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Provide accurate information to customers about our products and services.
  3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
  4. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards all customers.
  5. Record all customer interactions and maintain accurate customer information in our system.
  6. Handle customer payments and process refunds and credits.
  7. Monitor customer feedback and suggest ways to improve customer service.
  8. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  9. Stay up to date with company products, services, and policies.
  10. Identify and report any potential customer service issues.
