Job Description

Develop and improve the enrollment and data collection collection experience in the Direct Volunteer (DV) cohort. Work with program partners, such as Quest and FitBit, to create reliable, nationwide data collection processes that are enjoyable for participants. Develop and improve training and quality monitoring material and processes. Report on enrollment and data collection progress at regular intervals and as needed. Coordinate with Mayo Clinic to ensure processes are optimized for DV program. Identify key initiatives to develop an optimal All of Us experience and manage the implementation process including finding consortium members that can create and/or produce the improvements.

Job Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience running large projects.

  • Experience with clinical research, and/or healthcare preferred

  • Experience with conducting literature searches and writing manuscripts

  • Experience working on federally-funded NIH grants preferred
