- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot facility equipment and systems to identify and address any potential issues.
- Perform regular inspections of the facility to ensure safety and functionality.
- Respond promptly to any facility emergencies, and take appropriate actions to resolve the issue.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed, as well as any equipment or supplies used.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate maintenance and repairs without disrupting daily operations.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure an adequate supply of necessary equipment and materials.
- Identify and recommend improvements for facility operations and maintenance processes.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations at all times while working on-site.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in facility maintenance and operations.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and external contractors to ensure smooth and efficient facility operations.
- Prioritize and manage tasks effectively to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Proactively identify potential hazards or risks and take necessary precautions to prevent accidents or disruptions.
- Monitor and maintain energy efficiency within the facility, making recommendations for improvements when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Knowledge Of Facility Operations: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of All Aspects Of Facility Operations, Including Hvac Systems, Plumbing, Electrical, And Building Automation Systems.
Experience With Maintenance And Repairs: The Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience With Performing Routine Maintenance And Repairs On Building Systems And Equipment, As Well As The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Issues In A Timely Manner.
Safety And Compliance: The Candidate Should Have Knowledge Of Safety Protocols And Regulations, As Well As Experience With Ensuring Compliance With All Applicable Codes And Standards.
