Store Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager to join The North Face team and help lead our store to success. Our ideal candidate has an unwavering passion for the outdoor and retail industry along with exceptional customer service and leadership skills. The Store Manager is a key player in ensuring that our customer experience is top-notch and that our store is meeting its goals. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase store sales, customer satisfaction, and profitability
• Lead a team of retail associates to ensure customer service and operational excellence
• Oversee and coordinate daily operations, including but not limited to, staffing, inventory management, merchandising, product and customer service
• Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify areas of improvement
• Plan, direct, and coordinate promotional activities, including in-store events, visual merchandising, and marketing campaigns
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff
